At UNOde50, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique handcrafted jewelry. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original packaging, including the red pouch and authenticity certificate, ensuring the items are unworn and in their original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
